About the Shere Hill Climb

The Shere Hill Climb is now an established part of the motoring social calendar. From a tentative beginning over ten years ago we now have over 200 cars and motorbikes running the hill. From the most historic and exotic to the joyfully mundane. From those that you had forgotten existed to those that you never knew were out there in the first place. Couple this with the motoring stands and stalls and family entertainment. A happy day at the end of the summer in the beautiful Surrey hills with views to die for.

You don't HAVE to have the latest Hypercar, you don't HAVE to have the most valuable classic; we are looking for a mix of all sorts of cars - and the story behind the car is as interesting to us as anything else. You do however have to have the ability to talk about your car to all and sundry with a happy smile on your face.

In addition to the hill climb, the paddock is open, friendly, social and a great place for owners, drivers and enthusiasts to chat. We are proud that entrants and spectators alike seem to understand the relaxed atmosphere that we have a reputation for.
